  • 625 EUR REGULAR FEE
  • 500 EUR early bird fee
  • 430 EUR PhD student’s and postdoctoral researchers regular fee

The registration fee includes the Conference Proceedings, attendance to all the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, the banquet, and the technical tour.

The early bird registration fee applies to participants who complete the registration and pay the fee no later than May 15, 2025. For Standard registration the deadline for registration and payment is set 31th July 2025. 

The 1-DAY (engineers’) fee does not include the welcome reception nor the banquet.

Students must provide proof of status.

Daily fee for professionals*

*Locals interested in more practical topics or case studies, who are not working in a science related occupation, e.g. engineers;

  • 100 EUR 1 – DAY (‘engineers’) fee

*An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old and older) who does not work in a science related occupation or field.

If some accompanying persons would like to attend  write to the organizers a mail, will be organized individually.

Terms:

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
  • The participation fees are required to be paid until  15th May (Early bird), or 31th July 2025 (Standard registration). Professionals and accompanying persons should keep the same dates as Standard registration participants.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
  • Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

Account informations:

Payment is possible only via bank transfer in EURO. After your registration the proforma-invoice shall be sent to your e-mail address, enabling you to pay the fees. After the payment you shall be issued an invoice per e-mail.
